As a Director of Digital Distribution with responsibilities spanning across Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Product Strategy, I’ve been a driving force behind the digital transformation of home entertainment, steering it from physical to streaming platforms.
I’ve been at the helm of leadership across nine major retail partners, collectively contributing to an annual revenue of $40,000,000+. What’s my standout achievement? Well, I’ve not only met but exceeded sales goals every year, growing one major partner over 4x in size to become the 3rd largest digital storefront domestically. My success is rooted in innovation, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making. I love the creative process of thinking outside the box and brainstorming new ideas for products in the marketplace and solutions that enhance productivity within an organization.
My track record speaks volumes—I’ve introduced breakthrough product bundling strategies that set industry benchmarks, launched successful digital media campaigns on major franchises like Spider-Man and Jumanji, and forged key partnerships with consumer electronics and CPG brands, like Sony PlayStation, Coke, and ConAgra. My achievements include negotiating the launch of UHD (4K) streaming formats and running an aggressive promotional strategy during the key holiday buying season to achieve over $1.1M in promotional revenue with a 395% sales lift.
Previously, I managed the digital supply chain for content distribution across the Asia Pacific region and coordinated the delivery of 20,000+ digital assets to major global storefronts like Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and more. My contributions included overseeing the release of over 2,400 multi-lingual titles for the iTunes Pan-Asia launch.
